•When there was a fire in the office, Mrs. Smith, the janitor, helped people evacuate and she was giving first aids to those who were seriously damaged by the fire or the smoke. She was even trying to calm down the manager who became hysterical in the face of the flames. Even though Mrs. Smith keeps doing the same job every day, she earned our respect and admiration. She is now considered as a hero because she acted above and beyond the call of duty.
